When I arrived about 20 minutes before the opening of the store and waited in the car, the general came out of the store and guided me to the store even though it was early. There were no other customers yet, so the general could talk about various things, and it was a good atmosphere. The eel was plump and delicious with an elegant sauce. I was shown an eel that was flown in from Kagoshima.

I don't know how long it's been since I've had such delicious eel...or to be honest, it might have been my first time...it was that delicious! I don't really like the common eel bowls with soft skin, but this one was crunchy and was my personal favorite type! Have a luxurious lunch while traveling! I went looking for it around 11:30 on a Saturday, but there was only one other group of customers. As expected, it was empty because the amount was the amount...('-') The restaurant is particular about preparing, steaming, and grilling the food after you order it, so it doesn't come out very quickly. A note was written. Probably about 30 minutes. But there was a big TV so I didn't feel like waiting at all. lol It's so fluffy and fluffy, probably because the steaming time is short! It didn't give me that impression, but I didn't really notice the small bones, and the flavor spread throughout my mouth, and I devoured it with abandon. The soup and pickles were all delicious! I also liked the rice bran pickle, it was just right! I thought the owner of the shop would be a bit of a craftsman and a rugged person, but instead he was friendly and talked to me. It was so delicious that I wanted to give it 6 stars! The best Kanto eel I've ever eaten! The skin is crispy and the flesh is plump. The sauce is not too thick, just right. The powdered sansho pepper on display is not too spicy so even people who don't like it can eat it! I arrived at 17:00 and was able to eat at 18:00. It's so delicious that it's worth the wait. The inside of the restaurant smells like eel, so I think just being there will make you happy (lol) Attention ⚠Cash only.
