Ise, Mie, Japan｜Inazuma

Inazuma-san is a long-established eel restaurant in Ise. When I asked if they used tamari soy sauce for the slightly sweet and rich sauce, they answered, ``We use tamari soy sauce from Ise, but the richness may be from the eel stock.'' The eel bones are carefully washed, grilled, dried in the sun, and then added to the sauce.'' The rice covered in this sauce is also delicious. The eel was grilled a little thicker and had a rustic softness that was different from the elegant softness of steamed eel in the Kanto region. All of the eel is sourced from Aichi Mikawa Isshiki. This time I ordered the upper price of 2,750 yen. I thought it was a blessing to be able to get domestically produced eel that took so much time and effort at such a reasonable price.

It's crazy good. A long-established eel restaurant. There are many different eel restaurants out there, but we were very satisfied with our unique sauce! ️ 108 yen plus can be made large. I like the sauce here, so I always buy the sauce on the way home from the store (I can't buy eel because it's expensive (^ _ ^;)). The eel and sauce are both exquisite.

If you come to Ise, you must visit this shop. I'm satisfied with the cheap and delicious eel. I will continue to go to the store as long as it remains open.
