Tsu, Mie, Japan｜Noguchi

I came here for the first time after being introduced to my family. To celebrate my birthday, the two of us received luxurious eel jus and hitsumabushi. I received the eel roll and liver fish separately. The grilling is perfect, and the sauce is not too sweet and is very well-balanced and elegant. The liver wasa was well prepared and had no odor and was very delicious.I wanted to try grilled liver, but I was disappointed that they didn't have it today. I would like to visit again on our anniversary! I would like to visit again.

I visited on a weekday at noon. I arrived just before 12:00, and there was no wait, but most of the seats were occupied. I ordered Unajyu and had a large serving of rice. My companion had a normal serving of eel rice, but it was brought to me with a lid on. The large bowl of rice had no lid because the rice was almost full. It was both crispy and fluffy, and the sauce was sweet and delicious! At lunchtime, there was a simple menu such as a service lunch. The parking lot in front of the store is difficult to get into because of the intersection, but the second parking lot across from Komeda Coffee was easy to get in and out. This is a store I would like to visit again.

The sashimi comes directly from the fish market. It was 2,650 yen for two pieces of kabayaki sashimi set meal, so I felt it was a great deal. The eel had crispy skin and was very tasty.
