Parking lot size○ Volume of eel○ Speed of provision from order ○ Ease of relaxation in the store (atmosphere) ○ Customer service of the clerk (lady?) I personally feel that I received the best service. I ordered an extra large (6 slices) of eel bowl. I asked for a large amount of rice for free. The richness of the sauce and the crispness of the skin were wonderful, and when I put it in my mouth, I felt that it was a really delicious eel with a texture that melted away. The soup was also light enough to refresh the palate, and I think that the reason why I was able to eat up such a large amount was because of their high level. And one word that the customer service is really wonderful. I could tell that the tone of voice and demeanor were genuinely hospitable to the guests. After all, I think that customer service is important. No matter how delicious the food is, if it is not accompanied by a spirit of hospitality, it is difficult to say whether or not you will want to go there again. Coupled with the best service, I would like to come again someday!

I've only ever eaten plump eel from the Kanto region. I wanted to try Kansai eel with crispy skin, so I did some research and visited Ogawa, who has a reputation for being delicious! It was just before the last lunch time, so I could easily enter the store and ordered a special eel bowl, white grilled, sea urchin roll, liver simmered with Japanese pepper, and kamishimo. The eel is thick and crispy on both the rice bowl and the grilled eel, and the fat is juicy. Liver simmered with Japanese pepper has a refreshing taste with little bitterness, and kamishimo with eel heads and tails, which cannot be eaten in the Kanto region, has a fragrant and condensed flavor, which is the ultimate in happiness! The staff here are all warm-hearted, so I highly recommend this shop!

A Kabuki tour was coming to Mie, so I took the opportunity to see it, so I googled an eel restaurant nearby and went to see it for the first time. I'm jealous of Tsu City, which has wonderful eel restaurants such as Hashiya and Shingyatei.
