It is an eel restaurant on the restaurant floor on the 8th floor of Daimaru, next to Sushizen. Ordered eel and liver soup. The eel is steamed and then grilled, so it's very fluffy, and when you put it in your mouth, it's entwined with the rice. The rice is cooked well, the surface is chewy, and the core remains a little inside. The texture remains just right when eaten with the fluffy eel, so I think it's a good combination. Liver soup has a modest taste and a light taste. Additional sauce and Japanese pepper are placed for those who do not have enough sauce on the table. It might be a good idea to leave it as it is at first, and then gradually change the taste by adding sansho pepper, adding sauce, or adding sauce and sansho pepper. I was able to eat slowly in the calm shop. It seems that it will be steamed from the order, so it will always take more than 30 minutes from the order, so be careful if you don't have time.
