A long-established eel specialty store It looks like they will prepare it and bake it after ordering. It will take some time but It's like charcoal grilled It's really delicious♪

Fluffy and fatty Edomae eel. When you open the lid, you can smell the fluffy sauce and it's not too sweet, which makes it a great dish. You can choose between red dashi and liver soup, but personally, I prefer liver soup! I wonder if it will go?
