I had something to do nearby, so I went in without making a reservation. Even though I didn't make a reservation, the hostess' customer service was divine! Recently, I went to eat eel and it didn't turn out well, so I was worried...😅 Order the eel top! After that, I wanted to order grilled liver, but it was out of stock today so I gave up...🥲 However, in addition to the appetizer that came with the beer, I received a side dish and waited for about 45 minutes for the eel. It was worth the wait, and I had delicious eel jus for the first time in a while. The light sauce is the best! The eel feels like it melts in your mouth! ! The eel has no odor, so the sauce was very light and there was nothing to say about it. Although it has a very elegant taste, it is reasonably priced and still the best!! ︎🥳 I will add it to the restaurants I want to go to again. 🥰

I took my elderly mother there during Golden Week. They guided me to a table with tatami mats, spread out newspapers, and helped me sit in a wheelchair. The eel is fluffy and has a texture that melts in your mouth. The sauce was less sweet and had a refreshing taste. I am so grateful to my mother, Unajyu, for her attentiveness in serving customers, such as cutting the bones of the eel, cutting it into small pieces (and pickled vegetables, etc.), and even preparing spoons for us. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again.

I've been wanting to go but haven't been able to go, and today I finally found time to go, so I made a reservation and went. The receptionist on the phone (probably the landlady) gave a very polite and kind explanation, and I had high expectations even before I called. I was told that it would take some time, so I placed my order before visiting the restaurant, but when I was shown to my seat, I was very politely told, ``I'm sorry for taking your order without showing you the menu.'' I was surprised at the response. I was able to ask if I wanted the eel to be served separately from the rice, or if I wanted it to be served with eel.It was nice to be able to choose. I ordered eel jus and fried liver, and the sauce was deep and delicious, the eel was very plump, and the rice was glossy and stood out.It was the best eel jus I've ever eaten. I was satisfied with everything from the customer service to the atmosphere and the taste, and I was filled with a sense of happiness for a while. The seats are spacious and comfortable, so it looks like you can enjoy it for any occasion, whether it's for business or with friends, so I'd like to continue using it in the future.
