I went to Doyo no Ushi with my family. I thought I would have a full course of eel and ordered bone crackers, but I was told that they were busy with Doyo no Ushi and sorry for today. A little disappointing. I ordered the eel special. It was baked fluffy and delicious. Personally, I thought it would be better if the sauce was a little thicker, but these days, there are many eel restaurants that don't let you eat smoke (retort? Fast restaurants can't help it), but the owner is working hard in the back of the kitchen to grill the eel. He was there. Next time, I would like to try using live eel. Thank you for the meal.
