What a very delicious lunch! this unagi is soft, good texture. Red miso has great Dashi!

This establishment serves a delicious unagi. I went there a dozen times and tried the different options that they offer. Very good price for quality. It's the first place where I'll go back when I come back to Tokyo. Thank you to the staff, very welcoming and professional.
