Very traditional wild caught grilled eel with rice. Definitely worth a detour

I don't usually eat unagi, in fact, I avoid it whenever possible. Then the gf convinced me to try Nodaiwa, because 200 years of history gotta be worth something. I was happy I tried. It was simply the best unagi ever. And the servers were very old school, which made the entire experience very authentic and fun. Would definitely go again.

I received the course. Shirayaki was fluffy and hot. The chawanmushi was also delicious. It was very filling and I was very satisfied. Dessert was also my first time and I was happy.
