Just by eating this boned bone senbei, I have the expectation that a solid eel will come out🎵. After a while, eel on rice, liver soup, and pickles are served! ! It's so hot this year, so I reserved an extra-large eel to heal the summer heat. A mouthful of thick eel is piping hot, crispy, fluffy, fatty, and delicious! ! The rice has just the right amount of firmness, and the sauce is not too thick and does not interfere with the flavor of the eel. After all, Uomasa is amazing. The reservation system is troublesome, and Yotsugi is far from the city center, but it's well worth the trip!

Just by adding alcohol to the 5,200 yen course, you can enjoy a very satisfying and delicious small course meal of eel jujime. Both the sashimi and tempura are solid and delicious. It's a little expensive if you go for a single item without ordering a course, but I'm really happy to be able to eat this level of food in a location like Hirai. There are other attractive dishes, but you can order them individually. The course is really good value for money and you can eat just the right amount of good ingredients, so I really recommend it.
