I heard that there was a rare eel restaurant where you could grill your own eel. It's close to Shibuya Station (around the back of Mark City) and has excellent access. The first floor is mainly a counter. There are table seats on the second floor, so it seems like it would be good for groups. This time I ordered: ■Assortment of 3 types of side dishes ・Shrimp and salmon marinated in Japanese pepper ・Oysters pickled in oil ・Komatsuna and chicken fillet with spices ■Assorted eel x2 ■Dried eel with ash ■Fried chicken wings ■The famous eel ball bowl This is exactly what I wanted to eat on the side dish platter! I'm glad that the quantity and price are just right. All three types are delicious side dishes with a twist, and go well with alcohol. The eel platter is a new sensation as you can grill it yourself over charcoal. You can enjoy two types of Shirayaki (steamed and dried) and three types of Saikyo-zuke while adding the kabayaki sauce and condiments to your liking. When grilled, the oil sizzles and the eel smells delicious. . This is the real thrill of baking it yourself. The skin is crispy and the flesh is fluffy and delicious. Ashboshi is a product with limited quantities. It is dried by sandwiching it between ashes and salted, so it can be eaten as is without adding anything. It's packed full of eel flavor and is delicious. Fried chicken wings can be eaten as a snack. Perfect between eel! Last but not least is the famous eel ball bowl! ! A dish that is soaked in sauce, topped with rice, fried egg, and a generous amount of eel. The combination of the fluffy egg, eel, and sauce was perfect, and I finished it in one go. The drinks are delicious, the prices are reasonable, and best of all, the grilled eel is sure to be fun, so definitely give it a try!
Eat fresh fish such as eel or sashimi by grilling it yourself over charcoal...Don't rush, take your time, listen to the ingredients and wait until they're done...The freshness is good, so you only need to lightly sear the fish. But lol This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal in the bustling city of Shibuya. Enjoying a sour drink with friends in the spring and summer, or enjoying a glass of sake by yourself in the fall and winter might be a great option. Two old men happily enjoyed drinking sours that they had put gold leaf on themselves😁 Thank you for the meal.
