[Affordable and satisfying eel] Naruse's isn't super cheap, but it's delicious. And it's in the price range that you can go out to eat occasionally. Unaju has become affordable through innovation, so it's not super high-end or has great craftsmanship, but I'm happy with the price, which makes me think I could go every month (or even every week if I tried). Since I visited at the end of the year, I ordered "matsu"! Most of the seats are at tables, but there are also counter seats, so you can eat eel occasionally as a practical bocchi meal! I'm excited, but I don't have to wait as long as I would for a high-end car. I was getting moderately excited, and before I had to wait too long, a heavy eel appeared. This sense of speed is also good! Una Shigematsu ¥2600 Other than that, there isn't much clutter on the menu. There are three ranks of eel: pine, bamboo, and plum, but the only difference is simply the size of the eel! If you're hungry, try a large portion of Matsu! Plum for people who eat little! But everyone can eat Unaju with friends! Also, it's rare that it comes with green onions as a condiment! I often use wasabi because it removes the flavor of eel, but there aren't many restaurants that recommend it like this one. As a fan of wasabi when it comes to eel, I'm happy about that. There are many difficult times in the eel world, but delicious eel can improve your QOL, so I think it's good to eat it once in a while! Thank you for the meal✨

First visit on a Sunday after 11am. It was before noon, so it was still empty. I ordered the Unajyu no Matsu (2,600 yen). I didn't have high expectations since it was cheap, but It was more delicious than the price! ! Crunchy and fluffy, without too much sauce. Just right. It comes with pickled pickles, gari, green onions, and wasabi as garnishes, and personally, I ate it with wasabi and it was delicious♪ There is eel sauce on the table, and if you don't have enough, you can add extra sauce. Pine is voluminous, so bamboo might be satisfying. If you want to eat a little, try plums. The price is reasonable, so you can easily eat it. Payment is by cash and PayPay only.

I had Unajyu (matsu) for lunch. The flesh is plump and has no fishy or muddy smell. The eel was of very good quality, with no small bones to worry about or the skin being difficult to cut. It was steamed in the Kanto style, but it was also grilled, and I could really feel the aroma. The sauce was slightly sweet soy sauce-based, but it had a light flavor and a rich flavor that really brought out the flavor of the eel itself. The rice was not too soft, each grain stood up and was delicious. The condiments, wasabi and green onion, are served together, and there are sauces and sansho pepper on the table, so you can eat it in a variety of ways. I didn't have high expectations for the taste, thinking it would be more about quantity than quality since it's a chain restaurant, but I was disappointed in a good way. It's amazing that you can eat such delicious and voluminous eel at this price. However, I was concerned that some of the eel that was sticking out of the box was crushed by the lid, but I guess it can't be helped if the eel is this size. It seems like the number of stores is rapidly increasing, but I hope they don't end up like a certain steak chain whose operations have collapsed and the quality has deteriorated dramatically, and which is now a waste of time. Visited right after opening on a holiday. There were no customers in front of us, and there were only about 5 customers behind us. The only drawback is that you can only use cash for payment, but it can't be helped if you think it contributes to the low prices. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
