I went here looking for a local restaurant to eat eel. I ordered the top and ate it. It's Kanto style kabayaki, so it's steamed before grilling, so it was fluffy and delicious. The opening hours were 7:30pm, so I went a little early to eat. When I asked them, they said they had been busy lately so they would be closing early.
