This is a famous local eel restaurant that has been around for a long time. In addition to eel, there are other dishes such as sashimi, tempura, yakitori, and chawanmushi, making it a great place for lunch and dinner for those who want to enjoy Japanese food while enjoying alcohol, or even those who don't drink alcohol like me. There are medium, high, and special grades of eel, and the special one has quite a large amount of eel, and comes with liver soup, pickled vegetables, and fruit for a reasonable price of 3,250 yen.

I visited for a memorial service, and everyone enjoyed the traditional eel jus. Before the eel, we had everything from vinegared sashimi yakitori to tempura, and the elderly people were full, but they were kind enough to take it home.
