At this restaurant, the grilling begins after you take a seat and place your order, so you can enjoy freshly grilled eel kabayaki. The eel that is delivered to the audience after being opened, steamed, and grilled in the Kanto style has a soft and fluffy texture, but the craftsmanship allows the meat to come off cleanly without being drawn to the skin. The sauce seems to have been perfected in an amount and thickness that allows you to enjoy the elegant sweetness and taste of the eel. Three craftsmen are working in the kitchen. This time I had a table seat, but next time I would like to sit at the counter and enjoy watching the food being grilled while waiting for the food to be completed. We want you to enjoy this atmosphere as well, so we recommend that you come with plenty of time and an empty stomach.
Lunch is available with a table reservation. The store is clean and has a nice atmosphere. It's like grilling eel after ordering, so it takes some time, but it's very delicious. This time I had the Unaju (special). It seems that they also serve yakitori in addition to eel, and I would like to enjoy it again next time.
