Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan｜Hitsumabushi Bincho

You NEED to try this. Maybe one of the classic uniquely Japanese dishes to try which is freshwater eel (unagi). Note: there are two tiers of quality, and up to 3 tiers of quantity. I would recommend the smaller portion of the higher quality "hitsumabushi" which will cost you around ¥4000. There's also a special way to eat these which is laid out in many languages (English included) right on the table. I can't recommend trying this dish enough!
