A specialty eel rice shop located at the entrance of Kanda Nishiguchi Shopping Street. It is said to have a history of more than 20 years. The meat of the eel is originally relatively delicate, and after steaming it, it becomes more Softer and more pink. The taste here is very elegant, and the special sauce is also on the lighter side. There are many customers at noon, and most of them are older. What I ordered was うなぎダブル, eel → rice → eel → rice, which are layered on top of each other. Definitely not the taste you have experienced before. The little burnt on the eel raise the flavour and you can taste the real eel taste with the light sauce. A tiny restaurant with 8seats in total , not crowded but never be an empty seat and i was the only foreigner there eating.
