You pick between small, medium or large. I had the medium and it was delicious. The lady was super kind and sweet! Even made us a beautiful origami!

I LOVE unagi, so we walked a few miles into the residential district to find this adorable Unagi restaurant, accidentally ate eel liver in our miso soup (looked terrifying but tasted great!), and got these cute origami kabuto from the sweet old lady who runs the place. It was so pleasant inside, and the food was great.
