Fantastic sweet water eel with high quality delicious rice and the smoothest side soup ever for Y2,800. This is not for tourist beginners, though. You absolutely have to speak a little Japanese and have steel nerves :D. I thought I had disturbed a granny and grandpa during their Sunday TV time when I opened the door... There are three floor level tables and you'll feel like entering their living room. There are no clear opening times either that I could see but the cloth flags were in front of the door.

The food was great! The couple who were running it were very friendly despite me not knowing any Japanese.

The eel rice is super delicious, but the price is a bit expensive. If you don’t have any concerns about this, I still recommend giving it a try!
