This is an eel specialty restaurant that requires reservations. Especially weekends are fully booked up to a month in advance. I came to the store for lunch, but I understand why reservations are required! is. The eel on the unaju is fluffy and melts in your mouth. I also had the eel liver skewers, and each liver is so filling that it seems to be popular as a side dish. I've never been to Midsummer Day of the Ox, but it's almost impossible to make a reservation here. .

This is a store that I have been using 2-3 times a year for the past few years. Basically, reservations are required, and we order 3050 yen for Unaju Tokujo. The sauce is not too sweet and you can keep eating until the end without getting bored. The special soup is liver-sucking. Updated on 2023/9/5 I went there for the first time in a long time. Maybe it can't be helped in this day and age, but the price has gone up. There is no particular difference in terms of the contents, and they are all extremely delicious. Unaju special grade 3400 yen 1 Kimoyaki 460 yen Chawanmushi 530 yen

Visited for the first time in 2 years. Is it almost completely reservation-based? I made a reservation for Saturday and Sunday lunchtime one week in advance. When I asked when making the reservation, there were only 2 groups left. You can also place your order along with reserving your seat. I think it will be easier to make a reservation if you decide on the menu. The inside of the restaurant smells like grilling eel. The first picture is Unajyu (1,900 yen) and a large serving of rice (+100 yen). Needless to say, the taste was amazing. It was an elegant sauce that wasn't too spicy. The compatibility with rice was also great, and I felt that the steamer and roaster were well balanced at a high place. Although it wasn't liver soup, the soup was also good. Of course there are pickles too. The shirayaki (2,300 yen) in the second photo was exquisite. I ate it with wasabi and soy sauce, and the rich flavor of the eel and the oil and fat content had a strong impact. The last bite was refreshing with lemon and wasabi. It's also delicious. It's good to order the eel tokujo, but I recommend ordering the eel to be medium-sized and the shirayaki. Of course, the liver skewers (420 yen per piece) were also delicious. It's close to the station, and there are plenty of parking spaces. Overall, I received a wonderful eel that was more than worth the price. Next time I visit, I would like to order Kansai-style grilled eel and eel chawanmushi. Thank you for the meal.
