I wanted to eat eel, so I happened to find it when I was looking for it. I thought it was a store I hadn't seen before, but it just opened recently. What's more, when I looked into it carefully, I found out that the person who trained for 19 years at Nagoya's famous Unafuji (including the Yurakucho store) opened his own restaurant. (Also, there are some people who seem to be regulars of Mt.Fuji...) The inside of the store is a little narrow and there seems to be no tatami room or private room, so I thought it would be unsuitable for entertaining and dining, even considering the location and parking lot. But I wonder if this is a casual atmosphere where you can casually stop by? I also felt. By the way, I waited for more than 10 minutes after ordering the top eel and grilled liver. The grilled liver was so big that I had never seen it before, and it was grilled very well. And the first Kansai-style (grilled) eel. The surface of the eel is crispy and the inside is moist. Even though it's not steamed, there's no smell or bones at all, which surprises me! ! It is said that it is 1 tail in the upper eel weight, and even this is enough volume for rice. (Because the eel is fatty, it might be a bit heavy if it's special.) It exceeded my expectations and was delicious! I haven't eaten hitsumabushi yet, so I definitely want to try hitsumabushi next time. (If you don't go early before it's known, you'll have to line up here...)
