We had Ankimo Ponzu and Hitsumabushi (Normal). Ankimo ponzu seemed to go well with sake knobs. And it looked like they had a wide variety of alcohol, which was great (unfortunately, I had a headache that day, so I didn't drink it...) Hitsumabushi was quite enough for the amount of eel. If you get tired of the taste of the sauce, you can eat it with ochazuke, or eat it with pickles, so it was nice to be able to enjoy multiple flavors. (I was confused because I didn't know how to eat it, so the staff taught me how to eat it.) It was delicious! Next time I will visit you for a drink (_ _)

I visited several times at lunch. I think that the eel is rather seasoned. The hitsumabushi is always delicious, but I discovered that all the a la carte dishes other than eel are delicious 😳✨. You can enjoy seasonal dishes. The types of alcohol are small and carefully selected. I don't drink much, but all the sake I tried here was delicious, and I woke up to new pleasures. It is an easy-to-find place that walks along the main street for about 5 minutes from Kishinekoen Station.

There is a handwritten a la carte menu in the store. It's carefully prepared and delicious. I end up eating all the hitsumabushi in one go...I feel a little guilty about my weight. Creative, well-prepared and Delicious Japanese food menu, instantly finished to have them😋😋...sorry for my weight.
