Visited because you can eat eel at a good cost performance in Yokohama. Arrived 15 minutes before opening on Saturday. Several groups were already lined up. At 11:30, I was immediately informed. There didn't seem to be many seats, so I was able to get a seat at the counter seat on the first floor. There were two other groups at the counter, and they seemed to be regulars. Ordered Matsu (¥2700 including tax). There is a heaping amount of prepared eel in front of me, and I am hungry. The sound of a pressure cooker? I waited for about 30 minutes while listening to this, and the goods were brought. It was said at the time of ordering that it would take time to prepare in the order of entering the store, so the waiting time is within the acceptable range. The eel was steamed The Kanto style. It was so soft and delicious that I couldn't get it at home. They also served hot tea, pickles and clear soup. Although there is no affiliated parking lot, there were several within a 5-minute walk.

It seems like a long time has passed. I saw it being renovated while waiting at a traffic light on the prefectural road Yokohama Kamiasou Line, and I had given up on it because of the huge line on the day of the ox, but it's been a while since I've been inside. The old man and two others are doing it. I think it would be a good idea to go outside of peak hours on weekdays.

An eel specialty store located in the Rokkakubashi shopping district. The 1st floor is a V-shaped counter, but it is quite small and there seems to be a tatami room on the 2nd floor. However, there don't seem to be that many seats, so it's often full. Two craftsman-like men are in charge of grilling and steaming the food, and one woman is in charge of serving the food, but she always seems to be busy. It takes about 30 minutes after ordering because it is thoroughly steamed and then grilled. It is best to wait while killing time with alcohol and a dish. The portion is not large, but considering that you can eat authentic eel jus for 2,400 yen, I feel it is reasonable. Because it is made over a long period of time, there is no odor or hardness, and you can enjoy the soft texture. Next time, I would like to try shirayaki while eating a la carte dish.
