A delicious meal. One of the best I have had. The staff were also incredibly friendly. Some spoke English, and they were great at helping me decide what to eat, and then explaining the proper way to eat it.

Rarely I have comeback restaurant, this will be one! The egg roll one is great and also the rice! Eel is delicious can’t wait to go back

I received a bowl of hitsumabushi. There was a whole eel on top of the rice, and it was as filling and filling as it looked. The eel is grilled, so the crispy texture and the juicy texture of the meat combine to bring out the deliciousness and make it very satisfying. Since it's hitsumabushi, I ate it with condiments and stock, but I also recommend dipping the eel in the stock for a little bit to soften the texture. As for the overall seasoning, the taste of seasonings was suppressed, and I felt that it brought out the flavor of the ingredients themselves, not just the eel. I liked it, but your tastes may differ. If you like strong seasoning, it might be a good idea to add some sauce to your eel. I think that eel tastes differ depending on the cooking method and seasoning, but overall this is a restaurant I recommend.
