Who doesn't love unagi? This place was fabulous. My brother-in-law took us here for our last dinner in Japan. What a way to end a fabulous 3 1/2 weeks in Japan.

The windows in the restaurant are double glazed and double sash, so you can enjoy your meal in a quiet and tasteful space with excellent soundproofing and heat insulation. This time, I ordered a three-layered eel. Served in about 30 minutes. At that time, it was explained that ``Today will be eel from Miyazaki''. The eel is so soft that it is difficult to pick it up with chopsticks. The sauce is also just right. I've never had an eel that was so soft and delicious. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. Next time I will repeat with my companion. The only thing that bothered me was that the angle of the backrest of the seat was close to a right angle and felt narrow. If you are going to renew the store, please consider it.

I got a red and white heavy. I've had shirayaki at other shops before, but I didn't feel it was very good. The Shirayaki I got at Ichimitei has no smell, the fat is the best, and the grilling is perfect. It was delicious and I was very impressed. I think that the store is probably quite crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so I will go again on weekdays. * Liver grill was also very delicious. Since it was a car, it was hard to suppress the feeling of drinking beer (lol)
