The balance of sauce was just right! I liked it even more when the rice had a little more sauce on it. There are two types of sansho pepper, powder and raw sansho pepper, so I think you should use whichever you prefer. Both pickles and liver soup were delicious! I would like to visit again. Actually, I was planning to go to Kojimaya, a famous store in Otakubo, but it happened to be a holiday on that day, so I hurriedly visited this nearby store for the first time. I called before going, but I later learned that they start cooking the rice after receiving your order, so I recommend calling before coming! At lunch, only kabayaki and grilled liver are available, and it seems that one person has one grilled liver. The rice was cooked in an earthenware pot, and it was very delicious together with the eel! ! I'll call your mother again.

It was the same day, but thanks to the advance reservation, I was able to eat it without waiting. Also, it closed early, so if I hadn't made a reservation, it might have closed. The eel was fluffy and great. The garnished pickles and milk tofu in the appetizer were also delicious. In addition, the proprietress was friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt very comfortable.
