When it comes to eel jus and eel bowls, the sauce tends to hide the taste of the rice itself, but the deliciousness of the rice stood out without being overpowered by the sauce. Both the eel and the rice are delicious, but they don't fight each other at all; they complement each other and make it even more delicious! Highly recommended!
