It seems that reservations are probably essential at a shop called Najige! What I ordered was Shira Kabaju, which was divided into Shirayaki and Kabayaki! The eel is very delicious and filling, so it's expensive, but I recommend it!

So this is what I received this time. ■Unaju (3,400 yen) The meat is plump, and the sauce is not too strong and has a perfect flavor. It's also filling, so it's no wonder it's so popular. It was very delicious. I don't usually get a chance to go to Koshigaya, but the quality of the eel was such that I would definitely want to go back to eat this eel.
