More Comments at Google MapThe sauce was sweeter than I expected, but I didn't think I could eat this size and level of eel for this price. It is soft enough and yet has a chewy texture. Rice isn't bad either. Speaking of difficulty, I wonder if some small bones hit my mouth. It was crowded enough to wait for about 10 groups, but all the clerks were bright and kind. It might be a restaurant where you can feel familiar with eel. Thank you very much.
I like eel... I asked about it through an acquaintance's introduction! Only 3 types of simple menu. Shochiku plum! 2600 yen at Matsu... cheap. . The taste is... Oh! It's delicious! You can adjust the amount of sauce to your liking, which is good. There are many eel restaurants, but if you get this taste at this price, you'll be satisfied ^ ^ It's good value for money, I recommend it ^ - ^
I was able to go to "Eel Naruse", which was my dream! The eel restaurants I used to go to were expensive and difficult to enter, so I didn't often go there, but I happened to see a column saying that they were good value for money and delicious, so I decided to visit on weekdays since it's close to my house. It was. When I went there, I was surprised that there were only three items on the menu. But it's cheap! 2600 yen at Matsu! Without hesitation, my wife and I ordered Matsu. Actually, this was my first time eating Kanto-style steamed eel jus. The meat is plump and thick, and when it is delivered, the sauce is only grilled and there is no extra sauce, but the extra sauce is served separately. The rice is also fluffy and glossy. Maybe it's just a variation on the taste, but there was wasabi and spring onion, and since I took the opportunity to eat one with sansho and the other with wasabi and spring onions. After I ate the first bite without doing anything, I didn't feel like I needed any additional sauce, so I ate the wasabi and spring onions without any additional sauce. I ate the other slice with Japanese pepper and a little bit of sauce. It's my personal opinion, but orthodox sansho is definitely delicious, but I don't think additional sauce is necessary. As for my tastes, wasabi and spring onion were my favorites. Even though it's heavy on eel, it's refreshing and really delicious. Even with a weak stomach, you can eat it easily! I think it can't be helped because reviews are written by a lot of people, but the people who have eaten Naruse and are complaining about it, it's been less than a year since they opened, and the flavor of the eel restaurant is starting to deepen. I think it's in the form of Unless it's a long-established eel restaurant cooked by skilled craftsmen... cheap! But I think there's no doubt that it's delicious. It's a matter of personal preference, but if you're disappointed, why not try it again next year or the year after? If you feel disappointed at that time, it's best not to go again. I will be repeating it soon because it suits my taste. Because it's 2600 yen, right? The pine tree. Even my wife, who gets tired of eating half-way through the meal, can eat it all in one go. At the Unajyu restaurant near my parents' house in downtown Tokyo, plums cost nearly 4,000 yen. On the other hand, it's not that delicious. Shops like Naruse-san's that are run by ordinary people are precious.
