I wanted to go to a one-day hot spring and found it when I was looking for it near Hyakkannon Onsen. When I arrived at 11:30, I asked for a two-tiered box, and when I looked into the kitchen, I started to cut the eel, so my expectations are maxed. After about 30 minutes of waiting, freshly steamed and grilled eel on rice came out. The eel is large and thick, and I'm happy to be able to eat this two-tiered box for the price of a normal eel box at other restaurants. The sauce is a little sweet, but it's not too strong and the rice is delicious, so I finished it in no time. What I thought was amazing was that I didn't feel a single small bone. I bet you pulled it out properly while baking. It is a good store where you can see the owner's thoughtfulness around here.

The owner of the shop was also a very nice person, and he taught me a lot of things in his free time, so I had a lot of fun there. In short, this is a highly recommended store. Now, the main dish, the eel, was fragrant on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which exceeded my expectations. The sweet sauce goes well with it. My companion ordered a large bowl of rice at Matsu, and the rice and eel were so voluminous that it almost reached the lid of the rice bowl...! ! Bamboo is also very satisfying as it has more volume than its price. The shrimp tempura was packed with five medium-sized shrimp tempura, and was also delicious with a sweet sauce. The catfish tempura is fluffy and has no odor at all. I had it with tempura sauce. Looks delicious even with salt... We provided unbreakable cups, spoons, and bowls for the children. There are no chairs for children. The warm-hearted wife and the husband who was in the kitchen came out to see me off at the end, and I was satisfied and full until the end.
