My first visit to the recently talked about "Unagi no Naruse". The menu is simple with only 3 types of Shochikubai. I was at a loss between bamboo and pine, but I thought it would be this price difference, so I got the highest grade pine. The unaju that has been brought is an extra-large eel whose lid cannot be closed. The eel is thick and fluffy. Of course, it's not the quality for this price in a good way. It's nice to be able to adjust the sauce to your liking, and the mechanism that allows you to add "additional sauce". I liked the condiment wasabi. It was an eel restaurant that I wanted to revisit.
