I think it's a light flavor, so it may be unsatisfactory for those who like a strong flavor. It seems that cooking starts after ordering, so it is better to come with plenty of time. I think it will take more than 20 minutes at the earliest. By the way, I ordered bamboo. It is 3,400 yen. There are many other delicious restaurants in Saitama, but if you want to eat delicious Unaju, this restaurant is not too expensive and has a calm atmosphere. It may depend on the season, but I am very satisfied because I can often eat slowly at this restaurant.

I searched the internet and saw that it had the highest reputation and looked good, so I went there for dinner to celebrate my mother's birthday. When I arrived at around 8pm on a Saturday, there was no one there and the place was reserved. The shop is very clean, with very high ceilings, and an open, Western-style feel. However, it had a strong Japanese feel, and if anything, it had a Taisho romantic feel. This time I went with Unajyu Ume and was very careful. I go to Oedo in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, Kikukawa in Kanda, Maekawa in Asakusa, etc., but this one is easier on the wallet, partly because it's located in Kasukabe. The Unajyu (Plum) that I received this time was very satisfying as the eel was plump and seemed to melt in the mouth, and the taste was just right, neither too sweet nor too spicy, and had a slightly juicy taste. I was able to eat more relaxedly than in Tokyo, and the taste was the same as in Tokyo, so I felt like I had gained a lot of money. Unfortunately, the elderly woman at the cash register didn't really talk to me. (lol) I wish he was a friendly person. . .

I found this while visiting a grave in Kasukabe! The eel is fluffy and the seasoning is a little light. It's very refreshing and delicious. The price is just right!
