It says that it takes about 40 minutes from ordering to grilling, and since most delicious eel restaurants wait until the eel is grilled, this one is also pretty delicious! My expectations rose. The eel was slowly grilled and the sauce was not too sweet, making it delicious. The steaming is just right, making it a delicious restaurant that you'll want to come back to again.

This is a highly recommended restaurant in Miyashiro Town. It's a long-established restaurant with a friendly staff, and it's a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy eel and other sushi. Occasionally, I have eel delivered to me.
