Excellent Unagi shop near Mii Dera. The chef showed us the eels and asked how we would like them prepared. He then came out again and showed us how he had skewered them. Then, onto the coals for 10-15 minutes, cooked and laid gently on top of rice with his signature soy-based Unagi tare (sauce.) In-depth explanation and top notch service. Oh, and the first bite. Oh, just wait for it. Open only for lunch.

The best grilled eel I ever had in my life. Crispy skin, extremely soft flesh. Shop owner is very hospitable, friendly and offers a professional service. I will definitely go there again.
