I had a blowfish course meal for my birthday dinner! The freshly prepared puffer fish toppi and tessa had a great texture and were very delicious🐡 Also, there was a lot of pufferfish meat in the puffer fish hotpot, and the vegetables eaten with the pufferfish soup were also delicious. At the end, the rice porridge made with puffer fish fillet is a luxurious finishing touch that will leave you very satisfied! Apart from the course, I also ordered some special dishes, and they were all delicious, so I want to come again 🎶

I received hitsumabushi! The eel skin was crispy, the meat was fluffy, and the sauce was delicious, making both my mouth and my brain happy. You could also add condiments, then add dashi soup, and enjoy it in many different ways! It was really delicious ^^ I think I want to go again !
