It was a good idea to enter at 11am when it opens on Monday, and it quickly filled up as there were a lot of people making reservations. The sauce was refreshing and easy to eat. The price of 2,970 yen for half an eel liver was enough. The amount of grilled liver for one person was large and very satisfying. The eel rolls were large in quantity, light in flavor, and delicious.

The surface of the eel was crispy and fragrant, and the inside was plump and delicious. I thought Kanto-style eel was delicious, but I've changed my mind. The rice is plentiful and filling. I also bought it at a takeout specialty store in the station building, and it was equally delicious.

It's about 5 minutes walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station. It is located in what is called the first street. Today I'm on a business trip to Yokkaichi via Nagoya, but I couldn't have lunch, so I had a luxurious dinner. I ordered the ``Eel Plum Set Meal'' for 2,970 yen including tax. I wanted to eat umaki, so I ordered the set meal. Umaki can be ordered separately, but it will cost 1,100 yen. (I don't know if there are 2 pieces for a single item, but I don't have the courage to order it separately.) The skin of the eel is crispy and the meat is fluffy. The sauce was light and I liked it. I think I'll try Hitsumabushi next time I come.
