It was delicious! Kabayaki is my favorite way of grilling at this restaurant. When you put it in your mouth, the first thing you'll notice is the savory flavor of the eel. I closed my eyes and savored it. This time the seasoning was quite sweet, but it was delicious. It's the best unaju I've eaten, so I'd be happy if you could continue to offer this flavor.

I visited the community association's memorial service today. I wasn't able to take any photos, but as tradition has it, I was impressed by the well-maintained tatami room, the depth of the cuisine, and the wide variety of alcoholic beverages available.
