I visited to celebrate a friend's birthday. today's order ★Upper Hitsumabushi ・12 slices of grilled eel ·soup ・Dashi for Ochazuke Entered the store as the first one to open. The rice bowl arrived surprisingly quickly until the eel was cooked. The skin was crispy and fragrant, and the flesh was plump, and I ate about half of it before adding the condiments and soup stock for ochazuke. The eel in the shop is expensive! I thought ️, but I think this is not so expensive 😊 And it's pretty delicious and I love it 🥰 The shop is also very kind and polite ♡ Even one woman will go ❣️ Every year, we reserve a lunch box for Midsummer Day of the Ox 😊

I am very satisfied with my preference for how well it is browned. The thickness of the eel changes depending on the season. I'm happy to be able to eat lunch for around 1,500 yen, but I love eel, so I always order a whole hitsumabushi. The only complaint I have is that you can only pay in cash.
