Great place. A find. Excellent food, good atmosphere, and top notch service. Owner played his saxophone for my kids and I when we left and shared his love of jazz. Would like to return when I can have a drink at the well stocked bar.

Fantastic izakaya in Kiyosato. The sashimi is very fresh and the gobo (fried burdock) is amazing. We loved every dish, and the atmosphere is a cozy blend of traditional Japanese inn and American jazz club. It's great. Don't miss Zenzow, and if you're very lucky perhaps the owner will play his sax for you! He's very good!
