This month is also here! I sometimes come here twice a month, and it's always so delicious. I want to try a variety of things on today's menu, so I'm sticking to one set meal. The seafood bowl set meal has plenty of sashimi. The sea urchin is also fresh. There is no room for cutting corners. Cutlassfish, yellowtail, fatty tuna, sea bream, red shellfish, and salmon. It even comes with red clams and steamed egg custard. There are about 10 pieces of deep-fried Japanese swordfish, steamed matsutake mushrooms, and bonito sashimi. I arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday in late May. I ordered a sashimi set meal and eel ju. The sashimi was very delicious, especially the bonito. The eel was made using eel from Isshiki, Aichi Prefecture, and was grilled over charcoal. It was very fluffy and didn't have any skin left on it. I was very satisfied with it so I will be repeating it.
