There are so many variations, and no matter what I ordered, it was delicious! As soon as you enter, you'll see a beautiful counter, and on the other side there are some tatami mats with hori-kotatsu tables. You can see that the fish and shrimp swimming in the tank are lively and fresh. I actually tried it and added some disgusting sashimi soy sauce... Very fresh and delicious! I also had some miso with the leftovers. This was also exquisite, and the horse meat sashimi and liver were served with a recommended sauce. It seems to melt in your mouth and has the best flavor. The wasabi maki also combines the sweetness of the fatty tuna with the stimulation of the wasabi for an exquisite taste. Furthermore, the red leg shrimp were moving vigorously in the tank until just before eating, and had a nice springy texture.
