I often make a reservation and use it for Sunday lunch alone. One eel juju or one eel hitsumabushi. You can make reservations starting from Ikkyu, so you don't have to wait in line. It's located in the basement of Hilton Plaza, but there are many customers waiting for Chinese food. As for the fourth generation Kikukawa, the price is a little high, so we don't see many customers waiting. It's perfect for a little luxury.

The eel roll came out first. The first bite is the best. The eggs were fluffy and the eel was crispy and hot and delicious. It took about 20 minutes so I guess it was baked. The hitsumabushi is also delicious with a crispy surface. Since I chose the 1-piece type, I ended up with more rice than I expected. I shouldn't have made it so large. It also came with liver soup, and even though I drank it at the end, it was piping hot. It was the best. Now you don't have to go to Nagoya.
