Shirayaki comes with wasabi, salt, and yuzu pepper, so you can choose as you like (laughs). The skin is also crispy and you can enjoy the taste of eel oil well. There are rare kabuto-yaki and kimo-yaki that are not skewered, but they are delicious for beer lovers. I was a little worried that the clerk who took the order was a little sloppy, and the white wasabi seems to be eaten with wasabi soy sauce, but there was no explanation, but the food is delicious, so I will repeat it again. I think that I want to do it! ! It's perfect for days when you want a little extravagance, and it's a shop you'll want to take people to.

I ordered a row of eel bowls and a dessert of roasted green tea pudding. It seems that the eel is grilled to perfection. Also, the scent of the Japanese pepper that is placed is delicious that I have never eaten elsewhere. It was a shop that was particular about eels from Mikawa Isshiki. The atmosphere inside the store was also good. The eel-shaped agar jelly in the hojicha pudding was a surprise.
