I've been using it locally for 30 years. If I remember correctly, it is a store that was separated from a famous store in Atsuta. You can understand it in kanji, right? The price is more reasonable than the original. The taste is up to each person's taste, but I think this one is more delicious!! ️ This is a long-established restaurant run by a husband and wife who are passionate about eel. When we think of eel in our house, we think of Yomoya! It's a classic.

Mugwort who was worried about! I had the hitsumabushi that was perfectly cooked! I like it crispy, so it was really delicious! I don't know if the condiments can be refilled or not, but with the amount on the plate, I thought I would have liked a little more green onions. I think the price of hitsumabushi is relatively reasonable among eel restaurants. I'm so happy to have found a new and delicious hitsumabushi!

I received the recommended hitsumabushi! It was very fluffy and delicious. It seems to be from Horaiken ♥︎ While I was waiting, the fragrant smell of eel filled the air and I was very intrigued! Please come visit us again ☆ The husband seems to be quiet as he is focusing on the eel, but he has a really nice face when he smiles! The wife is very easy to talk to and friendly, thank you for the meal.
