Visited on a Friday night When I opened the door, the general said, "Welcome!" They welcomed us with a smile. I'm nervous going to a store for the first time, but this smile saves me. I was the only customer from the moment I entered the store until I left. It feels like a hidden gem. Ordering is done on a tablet, which is high-tech. Overall the taste was very delicious. I especially like the soup. It's a comforting taste. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy. I also ordered a fried egg as a single item. This is also delicious. It has a sweet taste and is fluffy. If the egg rolls are so fluffy, I wonder what will happen to the dashi rolls. This restaurant seems to mainly serve eel, so I'll try that next time.

I made a reservation, but I arrived quite late... but they welcomed me very kindly. I can understand the personality of the shop. I got hitsumabushi. I enjoyed a luxurious time with the delicious eel and the gentle soup stock. The eel bone chips felt like they were full of calcium 😁
