I entered the store at the opening time and got Hitsumabushi. I think it's wonderful to have a carefully baked fluffy feeling. It was very delicious. If you ask me, it's a little thick, but considering the price, I think it's enough. On the 30th of this midsummer day of the ox, take-out only, and on the 29th, it seems that they are closed for preparations. (There may be changes, so please check by yourself) It was a nice shop where both the general and the staff were served with a smile. I would like to bother you again.

●This is good☆Cospa number one First visit with family. I had hitsumabushi. The house is special. I was surprised when I took a bite. It's crunchy and fluffy, and the more you taste it, the more the aroma spreads. I have never had this texture and aroma at an eel restaurant around here. The sauce was not very viscous and had a nice mouthfeel. I think it's a sauce that brings out the crunchy aroma. It's a dashi soup, but this also has a solid dashi feeling that you can use as many cups as you like. Chazuke style has become my favourite. Until now, I've been recommending famous restaurants near Atsuta Jingu Shrine, but if you have a car, I recommend Issei. Hitsumabushi is a little over 3,000 yen, so cost performance is definitely Mr. Issei. ● Inside the store It's not big, but it's clean and has a nice atmosphere. A little disappointing point... I waited for less than 30 minutes after ordering. It was long…. I'm glad it was so good. Next time I would like to aim for the opening. ●Access It seems that about 4 parking lots can be stopped in front of the store. It was okay even in front of the coin laundry.

The food here is really delicious! It's definitely the best in the area, and I think it's comparable to famous restaurants. The surface of the eel is crispy and the meat is thick. The sauce has a rounded taste and is not too sweet. The eel, rice, and sauce are a great balance! I've been coming here for over 10 years now and it's always delicious!
