I was introduced by an acquaintance and finally went. As an eel lover, I don't really focus on cost performance, but this is a good restaurant where the price, deliciousness, and elegance don't match! ️ About 1 eel is on top of the eel bowl (¥2200‼️), but the elegant sweetness of the sauce and the faint scent of mirin and sake bring out the soft flavor. You can adjust the liver soup (¥200) or a large serving of rice (¥100) to your liking. It's an eel restaurant that I can recommend, but I don't want it to be too crowded. By the way, the customer service is very polite, and there is only one toilet, but it is clean. Is the parking lot about 4 cars as far as I can see? When I went to Okazaki Park, I took a leisurely walk from the park. The inside of the store has a very bright and stylish atmosphere that makes you feel good. The two of us ordered ``Hitsuma-Nami'' and ``Unadon-Ji.'' In the eel bowl, the eel is cooked in a different way than what you are used to. ! It protrudes greatly from the bowl and is on top of it. I always check the doneness of the skin before eating, but this one was grilled evenly and slowly. There are no blisters, burns, or uneven grilling on the skin. I can't help but get excited. When you bite into it, it has a crunchy texture that is just as good as it looks! The surface of the eel is carefully grilled with its own oil, and the excess fat from the inside of the meat and skin falls off, leaving the eel with no sticky feeling and only the flavor spreading in your mouth. Is delicious. Hitsumabushi is topped with seaweed from the beginning. It's average, but there's plenty of eel on top. My wife had a bit of hitsumabushi, and the light sauce that brought out the flavor of the seaweed and wasn't as dark as it looked, brought out the flavor of the eel and rice and was delicious. In addition, there is grated ginger, which is rare in Hitsuma's condiments, and when eaten with dashi soup, it blends perfectly with the sauce and is refreshing and smooth. Perhaps because it is carefully roasted, there is no odor at all even when you pour the soup stock over it. The taste of the rice is also an important factor, and it was cooked very well. You may have different tastes regarding the grilling and sauce that are unique to this restaurant, but I feel like the preconceived notions of eel dishes have been removed. I was very satisfied with the delicious eel, in a good way. This restaurant is highly recommended for eel lovers. I felt that the grilling was done very carefully, so I wanted to try the shirayaki next time.

An eel restaurant named Unagiya Toi. The photo shows the upper eel bowl, 2200 yen. It feels about 1000 yen cheaper than other stores. The shop owner is so kind that it brings tears to my eyes. Even though I made a reservation just before closing, they welcomed me 🙏 My friend is partially paralyzed and cannot use one hand. So I found it difficult to eat in a bowl, so I decided to go for the unaju type. (2nd photo) They even provided a spoon to make it easier to eat. On the way home, my friend who had difficulty walking held the automatic door so I wouldn't close it🙏 Now, the eel is very big and delicious + a large serving of rice for 100 yen (recommended) I'm concerned about the brown color of the eel, but I don't think it's burnt, it's because the sauce is black. Of course it's delicious beer was a big bottle I feel like I gained something (lol) We recommend making a reservation for a specific time so you can eat right away.
