Good service, crunchy eel skin and soft texture Hitsumabushi was amazing✨ Inside is cozy very traditional Japanese style restaurant. There were some customers even this corona season.

Eel is truly cauliflower. The sauce was placed on the desk so that you could add extra sauce for yourself. It's so delicious that you'll want to put it in your water bottle and take it home with you. Hitsumabushi condiments and dashi soup are free to refill, which is a nice service. I didn't (lol) Both the Unajyu and Hitsumabushi came with a spoon. I'm happy because it's hard to eat plain eel. It's only recently that hitsumabushi has become a specialty in Nagoya. I think it would be a waste to cut the eel into small pieces. Dora thinks that Nagoya has the best of Kansai and Kanto eel. The eel was about 5,000 yen and the hitsumabushi was about 4,000 yen, which is a luxury for a company employee, but the satisfaction level was very high. I got a meal ticket from Nagoya hometown tax and went there, but this place is the best! There's no expiration date, and you can find them at Meieki. Repeat is confirmed.
