A male staff who is easy to get used to entering the store has a polite explanation of the eel, The way the eel is grilled is unique to this store, and it has been proven [patent application certificate? 】 There is a notice, Isshiki eel was privately (because I have a lot of feelings?) I thought it was good and ate it, and there was no betrayal. \(^o^)/ There seems to be a "Shirayaki" that I learned about on the Enshu side of Shizuoka, but I didn't order it this time. It was a delicious eel, and after eating it, I felt too full after eating 3 slices. The eels are from the Mikawa and Enshu districts. I am satisfied and want to repeat again❤(#^.^#)

In Aichi Prefecture, the way eel is grilled differs between Kanto and Kansai, but the border is not in this area but on the east side of Toyohashi City, but this Mikawaya has a flavor closer to the Kanto region, and the eel is light and fluffy and very beautiful. I think so 🤤
